They brought in a speacialist for the Peak.
They tore off the cedar shingles and replaced it.
That is a tall house.
Here is the chimney it is at an angle, the bricks are secure and no mildew.
Look up there it is stained, it looks bad there, those boards will be replaced.
We are going to have to get up there and look, hopefully we don't get stuck.

Here is the front view of the roof it looks bad from the outside. It also looks very steep. It is 7 degrees.
Here is the chimney on a peak and the valley, sofit and facia are also damaged.
This side of the Peak, it has the old type of boards with spacing between, the wood is not damaged or rotted.
It took alot to figure out what was the best thing to do with the roof. We talked to 5 different roofing specialists.
